Age Restrictions
All persons ordering goods must be over 25 years of age. (challenge 25 in place for alcohol purchases)

Security Policy
We do not hold / store any of your credit /debit card information online. All the credit /debit card information that you provide are on a secure server using HSBC bank. Transferring your details from our site to HSBC site is secure and tamper proof. After your card information has been checked and approved by HSBC you will then be transferred back to foods4u’s secure site to complete your order.

Privacy Policy
We as a company are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we will collect from you will only be your name, home address, telephone / fax number and your email address. We as a company will not pass your information to any other party.

Prices
Any orders placed are subject to the availability of goods and acceptance by the company. All prices quoted at the time of order include VAT. All goods will be invoiced at the prices given when placing your order.

Price match guarantee
This means we will not be beaten on price, if you can find the matching product (identical in all aspects) online cheaper than we Foods4u Ltd . We will match that price for you.

Meat Deliveries
Boerewors (raw sausage) will be dispatched frozen. When unpacked, these products should be refrigerated immediately. The boerewors (raw sausage) should not be consumed unless cooked, as it has not been cured.
All deliveries are reliant our independent courier company which is Interparcel , and thus cannot be fully guaranteed by Foods4U Ltd. By processing an online purchase, the customer agrees to have somebody available to sign receipt of goods between 9.00 and 17.30 on the delivery day, unless delivery is specified for another time slot by the customer (person placing and paying the order). Failed deliveries will attract additional charges to the customer’s account. If there is any meat products in the order, and there is a failed delivery, Foods4U Ltd will not accept responsibility for the quality of the product when eventually delivered to the customer.

Deliveries and time
There is NO minimum order value. All orders placed before 12h00 ( Monday – Thursday ) will be dispatched to you the NEXT working day ( stock permitting) . All orders placed (Thursday 12h00 - Sunday 24h00 ) will be dispatched on the following Monday ( stocks dependant) . On UK mainland only . There is NO weekend deliveries.
We strive to have your order dispatched within 24hours. You will receive an email from us to confirm that the order has been placed, as well as a confirmation email when dispatched, including the expected delivery date.
All orders are shipped for next working delivery ( stocks dependant) , irrespective of the day of ordering or shipping .
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that arrangements are made for their orders to be received at the address stipulated when the order was placed. The Independent carriers will attempt to deliver the goods twice, after which time arrangements must be made directly with them for a convenient delivery day at your expense.

With regards to wine orders , due to our wines being stored in bonded warehousing we require 10 working days to retrieve and clear the wine orders through bond.
The order will leave our warehouse for next day delivery on receipt of the cleared wines.    
If orders are have more than 4 cases of coldrinks/ beers/ ciders this will have to be shipped via a pallet and will take 2 working days to be delivered.
All deliveries outside of the EU are priced at the first 10kg only.

Product : Cadac
Due to the ordering system in place with Cadac Europe this delivery will take 10 working days from ordering. However we will endeavour to get the items to you faster.

We deliver worldwide, you can order online
If the total weight of your order exceeds 10kg , you can complete the order and we will email you the delivery quote.
Any additional taxes or costs placed on your order by a government or 2nd or 3rd party is for your own account over and above what is already paid. This is out of our control .

This will need to be identical in product , size and proved via email on the day of order. Once the price is matched and beaten the order will have to placed with immediate effect . If not placed immediately the Price Beat Guarantee for that quote will be null and void.


Cooling off Period
The client (purchaser) has a 7 day cooling off period from the time of order confirmation.
If the client ( purchaser) is not happy with the items received they (purchaser) will return ordered items in the condition they received them at the clients ( purchaser) own cost. This return to us is non refundable.
The return will have to take place within the 7 days from date ordered.

We at Foods4u Ltd are committed to providing you with good products and services . If you are not a satisfied customer and have any complaints you can contact us

We will endeavour to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. For all orders sent, no claim will be considered if you, the customer signs for the goods as received in good condition. Before signing for the goods you must check all items for damages and / or shortages against your delivery note. If you find any discrepancy you must note this on the delivery note at the time of the delivery and also notify us within 24 hours. No refund or exchange will be given for goods ordered in error by the customer. If any items are returned without prior notification. The company will not be liable for the carriage or replacement cost .

Payment
We will require payment in advance by debit / credit card, Paypal, postal orders, funds transfer and cheque paid into our account or posted (to be cleared funds) before we will dispatch the goods ordered. Cheques will take 3 ( three ) working days to clear.

Mistakes
Any mistakes made by the company will be dealt with, within 5 ( five ) working days.

Availability of the Website
Although Foods4u Ltd aims to offer you the best service possible, food4u.info makes no promise that the services at the foods4u.info Site will meet your requirements. Foods4u Ltd cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to the Customer Care by email at

We will attempt to correct the fault as soon as is reasonably possible. Your access to the food4u.co.uk Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Foods4u Ltd will attempt to restore the service as soon as it is reasonably possible.
